Support the Accounting Manager in corporate controllership: daily accounting operations, month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, US GAAP and tax compliance, internal controls and process improvements, audit support, and ad-hoc accounting projects.

Support deployment, onboarding, and long-term performance of Booster's BOS platform and third-party partners. Perform field installs, configure and troubleshoot hardware, mobile devices, telematics, and connectivity. Conduct readiness assessments, audits, training, and ride-alongs. Drive issue resolution with Product, Engineering, and Support, document findings, and recommend process improvements to improve deployment quality, scalability, and partner compliance.

Lead and supervise a night-shift driver team at the San Jose yard: recruit, train, assign trucks and routes, enforce DOT safety and pre-trip inspections, coordinate with maintenance and account managers, mentor drivers, and drive operational improvements.
