13-week paid workforce development role for individuals in substance use recovery. Assist Market on Main with daily retail operations, customer service, sales, and site maintenance; support greenhouse and agricultural tasks; help run community events; participate in workplace readiness and professional development training; maintain professionalism, attendance, and teamwork.

Provide triage and emergency nursing care, monitor and document patient status, administer medications/IV therapy, assist with procedures and diagnostics, educate patients/families, and collaborate with the ED team to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Provide triage and emergency nursing care including assessments, IV/medication administration, monitoring, assisting with procedures, documenting in the EHR, patient/family education, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced ED.

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain HRIS and employee records, provide HR customer service, support engagement and compliance with employment laws and policies.

Perform diagnostic radiography and CT exams, prioritize patient safety, prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, document in EMR, assist staff, maintain regulatory compliance, participate in continuing education and competency training.

Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations, process documentation, schedule appointments, maintain referral logs and patient records, communicate with patients and providers, enter data into EMR, and ensure coding accuracy and HIPAA compliance to support timely patient care.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room: assess and prepare patients, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia, perform surgical counts and time-outs, administer medications, monitor physiological status, prevent infection, educate patients/families, document care, maintain aseptic technique and required certifications, and support quality improvement.

Provide direct emergency nursing care: triage, assess and stabilize patients, perform IV therapy and wound care, administer medications, assist physicians, document care, educate patients/families, and maintain a safe ER environment while completing required certifications and training.
