Manage Australian conveyancing files from instruction through settlement, including contractual deadlines, client communications, file setup, conflict checks, PEXA workspaces, transfer documents, duties transactions, settlement statements, and post-settlement tasks. Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, authorities, and agents while maintaining accurate records and proactively progressing matters. The role requires strong Victorian conveyancing knowledge, LEAP and PEXA proficiency, excellent communication, attention to detail, and independent prioritization.

Generates and qualifies sponsorship leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Builds prospect relationships, maintains CRM records, supports sales strategy and collateral, tracks pipeline metrics, conducts market research, and provides data-driven insights to leadership. Collaborates with Sales, Programming, and Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, forecasting, and sponsorship operations.

Edit raw footage into short-form videos, reels, and clips for social media platforms. Create trend-focused content with captions, music, graphics, and transitions; repurpose long videos; manage content calendars; monitor social media trends; and propose content ideas that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
