Lead and build an offshore finance function for an Australian eCommerce business. Own month-end and year-end close, management reporting, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, Australian tax compliance (GST, BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, STP), integrations (Xero, Cin7 Omni, Shopify, payment platforms), inventory reconciliations, AP/payroll oversight, and mentor finance staff while improving processes and automation to support multi-entity international growth.

Provide afterhours recruitment support: source, screen, engage, and shortlist candidates; manage candidate relationships; collaborate with recruitment teams; meet OKRs and conversion targets; ensure timely CV delivery and positive customer feedback; comply with WH&S and company policies.
