Responsibilities include diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, patient counseling, multidisciplinary evaluations, referrals, utilization review communications, authorizations, and maintaining complete medical records. The physician must follow clinical, safety, infection control, privacy, and quality standards while supporting patients with lifestyle and treatment guidance.

Manages accounts receivable follow-up for Medicare, commercial, and Workers’ Compensation claims. Responsibilities include payer outreach, claim status monitoring, denial and underpayment resolution, appeals, authorization and documentation coordination, timely filing compliance, and identifying denial trends. The role supports cash flow improvement and reimbursement optimization while collaborating with billing, coding, and authorization teams across multiple payer systems.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and integrated financial modeling. Analyzes Revenue Cycle performance, KPIs, collections, reimbursement, denials, and operational drivers. Builds dashboards, reporting tools, scenario analyses, and strategic models for investments, pricing, staffing, and cost optimization. Partners with finance, operational, and Revenue Cycle leaders to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, while supporting lender and private equity reporting.
