Teams at Boom Supersonic

Lead and architect engine test programs from hardware to first fire and through development campaigns. Build and train the test team, design control room and qualification curriculum, define instrumentation, procedures, and acceptance criteria, run multiple campaigns on schedule, and enforce safety and testing standards.

Serve as primary steward of the Boom brand, designing across digital and physical touchpoints. Create design systems, templates, and style guides; translate CAD and mechanical specs into accurate visuals; work on shop floor with engineers; manage vendors and production quality for premium physical assets and facility graphics.

The Supplier Development Engineer works hands-on with suppliers to resolve manufacturing issues and improve production processes for aerospace components.
