Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of clients, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end close, analyzing financial data, reviewing bookkeepers’ work, optimizing processes, and managing client relationships. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients or entities remotely.

Provides full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients, including reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll support. The role also involves responding to client questions, documenting procedures, managing multiple clients, and maintaining accurate records independently in a fully remote environment.

Performs bookkeeping data entry, downloads and organizes financial statements, records transactions in QuickBooks Online, reconciles bank and credit card accounts, saves documentation, reviews financial information, and resolves discrepancies with accountants. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, communication, independent work, and basic knowledge of financial transactions.
