Build and align regional HR teams, drive transformation, and ensure consistent, high-quality people practices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Supports Booking Holdings’ enterprise risk management program by maintaining risk frameworks, GRC data, mitigation tracking, dashboards, and leadership reporting. The Analyst coordinates with cross-functional and brand teams, follows up on risk actions, prepares clear risk materials, monitors emerging risks, and assists with ERM initiatives, training, and communications.

Leads enterprise finance data strategy, KPI governance, executive analytics, forecasting transformation, and AI-enabled decision support across Booking Holdings and its brands. Partners with Finance, Enterprise Applications, Data Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to modernize finance platforms, standardize metrics, improve reporting and forecasting, and develop trusted self-service analytics. Builds high-performing analytics teams and drives scalable, actionable insights in a complex multinational environment.
