Manage an IRS technical support contract focused on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online. Responsibilities include coordinating multiple workstreams, schedules, deliverables, resources, financial and administrative activities, project reporting, technical staff, risks, and customer communications. Serve as the primary interface with IRS representatives, COR, and Program Manager while enforcing work standards and ensuring responsive, high-quality support aligned with government requirements.

Provides help desk and technical support for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online users. Monitors platform health, troubleshoots user and service issues, documents incidents and resolutions, handles access and basic configuration tasks, escalates complex problems, and communicates status to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requires support for federal government programs and eligibility for IRS staff-like access and Moderate Risk background screening.
