Design, operate, and scale AWS-based infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters. Build GitLab/ArgoCD-driven CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Helm). Improve observability, security (SOC2 readiness), automate workflows (including AI tools), troubleshoot production incidents, write runbooks, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure high availability and performance.

Serve as a hands-on technical leader to design and deliver large-scale, scalable features; write production code; mentor engineers; drive best practices in testing, performance, and AI-assisted development; partner with product and design; and proactively address technical debt and system risks.
