Conduct 100% outbound prospecting to research target accounts, build personalized multi-touch sequences, make cold calls, qualify prospects, and book discovery meetings for account executives. The role owns monthly sales-qualified opportunity targets, uses HubSpot and AI-enabled sales tools, and helps establish Bonusly’s Boston sales hub. Candidates should be organized, self-directed, comfortable with outbound sales, and strong written communicators.

Design AI-powered culture intelligence products from concept through implementation, including dashboards, conversational interfaces, visualizations, and engagement insights. Shape product strategy with product and engineering partners, conduct research, create flows and prototypes, deliver high-fidelity visual designs, and collaborate closely with engineers. The role emphasizes visual craft, consumer-quality B2B experiences, experimentation, and simplifying complex data-rich problems.

Manage global full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with leaders and hiring managers on sourcing and hiring strategies. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, support light IT access provisioning, and contribute to People Operations initiatives. Use recruiting metrics, reporting, technology, and AI practices to improve workflows and candidate experiences. Build talent pipelines, advise stakeholders, and lead cross-functional projects in a high-growth technology startup environment.
