Owns US marketing strategy and integrated campaign execution across paid media, digital, events, communications, and brand partnerships. The role manages campaign calendars, commercial cases, budgets, agency relationships, and performance reporting against revenue, acquisition, and business KPIs. It also coordinates global and cross-functional specialists, advocates for US market priorities, and ensures campaigns support auction sales and strategic growth initiatives.

Own monthly group consolidation for a multi-entity, multi-currency group; lead selection and implementation of a new consolidation platform; produce Group and statutory financial statements under IFRS and local standards; manage external audit coordination; improve month-end processes, reporting standards, intercompany discipline, and apply project management to audits and system cutovers.

Lead the Group's technical accounting: own policy and judgement for complex, auction-specific matters; ensure general ledger integrity and period-end close across multi-entity, multi-currency books; codify retiring colleague's knowledge; standardise reconciliations and close processes; support regional teams, audits, controls, and future leadership of Global Process Owners for transactional functions.
