Create graphic designs and UI/UX experiences for digital, social, marketing, web, and mobile platforms. Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams, using AI-powered tools to improve creative workflows. Apply user-centered design, typography, color theory, responsive design, and visual hierarchy principles across multiple projects.

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including understanding technical requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals and referrals, screening and interviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting offer closure. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Coordinate backend operations, identify and resolve bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues using AI tools such as Claude, and manage a team of more than 50 volunteers. Collaborate with technical teams to track and resolve bugs, monitor workflows, allocate tasks, and ensure timely issue resolution and uninterrupted backend processes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL. Integrate data from multiple sources, ensure data quality, optimize queries and workflow performance, and monitor and troubleshoot pipelines. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver data solutions while documenting data models, pipelines, and technical processes.

Develop and support Python applications using object-oriented programming, data structures, and web frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI. Assist with basic AI/ML model implementation and build or optimize Databricks data pipelines. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, and analytical problem-solving while communicating technical information clearly.
