Manage end-to-end claims processing and administration to meet SLAs: register and monitor claims, liaise with insurers, repair partners and dealers, handle inbound customer inquiries and outbound calls, prepare settlements, follow up on appeals, and support daily operations and reporting.

Manage and handle Travel and Accident & Health claims, investigate potential fraud, resolve inquiries and complaints, approve claims within authority, support team lead with supervision and projects, mentor junior staff, and drive workflow simplification and automation to improve claims operations.

Lead and manage the data analytics function, delivering data models, complex reports, and dashboards. Oversee data collection, governance, quality, and analytics frameworks. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytic deliverables, support new partner and product launches, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while introducing improvements and new tools.
