Responsibilities include team coaching, performance analysis, customer feedback measurement, cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and execution of customer experience strategies. The role also partners with technical teams to improve workflows and productivity.

Acts as the Responsible Officer for a licensed digital insurance brokerage in Hong Kong, overseeing regulated activities, regulatory filings, compliance, risk controls, operations, claims administration, customer service, partner due diligence, and product distribution. The role manages insurance partnerships, supervises teams, resolves complaints, delivers compliance training, monitors regulatory developments, and ensures adherence to Insurance Authority requirements.

Supports the CFO of Technology and Group Finance through financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, governance, audit support, cost management, business cases, and decision support. Analyzes cloud, software, infrastructure, vendor, project, and people costs, including FinOps and chargeback reporting. Partners across Technology and Finance to connect spending with business value. Builds AI-enabled tools, prompts, agents, and automated workflows to improve reporting, controls, analysis, and productivity.
