Design end-to-end product experiences for a Voice AI platform: craft UI flows, visual designs, and lightweight brand assets; run funnel analytics to identify drop-offs and propose fixes; recognize patterns and design scalable UI abstractions; collaborate with engineers to ship production-ready features and iterate based on metrics.

Perform LLM and ASR benchmarking and evaluation, build evaluation pipelines and golden datasets, analyze infra/latency and agent behavior, run self-serve funnel and product/growth analyses, and deliver repeatable dashboards and reports for product, ML, and infra stakeholders.

Design, write, and iterate system prompts and conversation flows for voice agents. Test calls, fix failures, onboard customers, maintain prompt libraries, red-team agents, and feed insights to product and engineering. Work with vernacular languages and scale deployments across industries.
