Lead contractual and commercial management for Coast Guard programs, representing the shipyard in negotiations with the Government of Canada. Oversee contract development, interpretation, amendments, claims/change orders, invoicing, warranty resolution, reporting, and compliance. Advise with legal counsel, attend program reviews, and supervise the contracts team to drive commercial value and ensure contract performance.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to operations in a unionized manufacturing environment. Lead labour relations, performance management, investigations, attendance management, change initiatives, and coordinate with HR Centres of Excellence to align people strategies with operational goals.

Lead and develop a data engineering and integrations team to design, build, and operate a secure, scalable Azure cloud data platform. Own architecture, CI/CD, pipelines, data products, governance, and stakeholder delivery while managing risks, priorities, and performance metrics.
