Create technical repeats, colorways, and factory-ready specs, collaborate cross-functionally on development, and support prototypes to production while maintaining brand aesthetic and sustainability standards.

Lead the Amazon channel strategy and day-to-day operations to drive revenue, category share, and product visibility. Manage digital shelf (A+/PDP, brand store), promotions, advertising partners, SKU-level forecasting, FBA inventory, Seller Central operations, and cross-functional alignment to optimize performance and reporting.

Own end-to-end sourcing and production execution for home textile products: manage PO issuance to on-time delivery, maintain PLM/ERP data integrity, analyze production and cost data, build and manage factory partnerships, drive sourcing/cost optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production risks and improve processes. Occasional international factory travel required.
