Own Direct Mail channel, build audiences and segmentation, run A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, present insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage CRM calendar, mentor junior team members, and maintain operational excellence.

Design original surface and product artwork for bedding, bath, and rugs using hand and digital methods. Create technical repeats, colorways, and factory-ready specs, collaborate cross-functionally on development, and support prototypes to production while maintaining brand aesthetic and sustainability standards.

Support execution of sourcing and production activities: create POs, process NetSuite invoices, track samples and ETAs, maintain PLM/NetSuite data, resolve PO discrepancies, and assist cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
