Manage production of the Annual and Sustainability Report, support financial communications including interim reports and capital market events, draft press releases, maintain the Investor Relations site, and help stakeholders create corporate communications materials while collaborating across the Group Communications team.

Support and develop group-wide on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure, automate and policy-manage resources, control costs, improve security/performance/reliability, work with internal customers, external suppliers, and participate in projects.

Provide geotechnical assessments, monitor and interpret underground ground conditions, recommend rock support and ground control, collect and manage geotechnical data, support numerical stress modelling and mine design, and advise operations to improve safety and productivity.

Provide specialist geotechnical and rock mechanics support for underground mining operations and projects. Contribute to mine and stope design, extraction sequencing, numerical modelling, geotechnical risk assessments, seismicity evaluation, ground support strategies, and ground control plans. Support feasibility studies, develop standards and tools, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff.

Serve as Engineer of Record for Somincor tailings storage facilities across design, construction, operation and closure. Ensure regulatory and internal standard compliance (including GISTM), approve designs and construction documentation, implement monitoring and risk management, liaise with operations, consultants, independent reviewers and regulators, and support site-wide permitting, life-of-mine and closure planning.
