Manage daily operations for Boliden’s Stockholm head office and reception, including two direct reports. Responsibilities include vendor and supplier management, access and visitor systems, fire safety coordination, workplace health and safety, office relocation projects, employee events, onboarding, budgeting, invoice processing, and administrative support. The role requires strong organization, relationship-building, leadership, and planning skills, along with professional fluency in Swedish and English.

Leads sourcing, tenders, contract negotiations, supplier relationships, and logistics procurement across Boliden’s European operations. Monitors transport markets, improves cost efficiency and sustainability, manages supplier performance, supports network optimization and supply chain projects, and contributes to risk management and logistics strategy. The role requires regular travel to operational sites and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers.

Develop and optimize mineral concentration operations, monitor and analyze process data, identify improvement opportunities, and advance development projects. The role combines daily production optimization, longer-term process engineering, industrial research, technology evaluation, and collaboration with mine departments, suppliers, laboratories, and research institutes. Work is split between office analysis and practical concentrator activities, with a strong focus on safety, productivity, environmental performance, and responsible metal processing.

Lead strategic rock mechanics activities for the Garpenberg underground mine, supporting long-term mine planning, stope design, sequencing, infrastructure placement, ground support, geotechnical risk assessments, numerical stress modelling, and geotechnical block modelling. Provide technical guidance to junior staff, coordinate external consultants, contribute to research and innovation, and collaborate with geology, exploration, mine planning, and technical teams to enable safe, stable, and economically efficient resource extraction.

Develop long-term rock mechanics strategies for Garpenberg’s underground mine expansion. Provide geotechnical input to mine plans, assess risks involving stopes, sequencing, infrastructure, and ground support, support numerical stress modelling, maintain geotechnical block models, optimize resource extraction, communicate technical strategies, and contribute to research and innovation initiatives.
