This is a 4-year paid apprenticeship offering training in electrical and instrumentation skills, focusing on installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and safety practices in process-control systems.

Manage and run global early-career recruitment processes (summer jobs, graduate program), improve early-career processes, partner with stakeholders, represent Boliden at career events, support employer branding, and provide tools and templates to hiring managers and HR partners.

Support and develop group-wide on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure, automate and policy-manage resources, control costs, improve security/performance/reliability, work with internal customers, external suppliers, and participate in projects.

Drive application testing, customer collaboration, and product development for SCMentum cementitious materials. Identify R&D needs, support optimization and standardization, monitor industry trends, and communicate technical value to stakeholders to advance market adoption.
