Supports finance project accounting for fee-based client projects, including revenue reconciliation, profitability analysis, estimates, reporting, invoicing, month-end accounts, revenue recognition, work-in-progress, and policy compliance. Partners with finance and client services teams to resolve budgeting, administration, system, and reporting issues. The role also assists with management reporting, client communications, and Paprika-related processes.

Supports medical communications account teams through client research, project coordination, meeting preparation, timeline and status tracking, financial administration, invoice and purchase order tracking, and cross-functional delivery of client materials. The role develops account, project, and budget management skills while coordinating multiple deadlines and maintaining accurate communication across teams.

Recruits and screens candidates, verifies qualifications and references, supports interviews and hiring decisions, and builds candidate pipelines across multiple departments. Partners with client groups and People Operations, advises candidates, coordinates hiring logistics, prepares recruitment reports, and maintains compliance with EEO, ADA, and related employment laws. The role also supports compensation alignment and proactive workforce planning.
