Supports finance project accounting for up to $12 million in fee-based revenue. Responsibilities include project reconciliation, revenue recognition, work-in-progress accounting, profitability analysis, reporting packs, estimates, invoicing, month-end management accounts, client queries, and financial policy compliance. The role collaborates closely with Finance and Client Services teams, assists with Paprika system support, resolves reporting issues, and helps improve recoverability, productivity, and business efficiency.

Lead client services for a portfolio of medical communications accounts, providing scientific strategy, project and financial management, resourcing, and business development. Manage and mentor teams, drive client relationships, ensure quality and billability, support pitches, and collaborate cross-functionally with Scientific, Creative, Finance, and People teams.

The Account Manager oversees client relationships and project management activities, ensuring timely deliverables and quality control while mentoring junior team members.
