Use client platforms (Datavision/Veeva), coordinate deliverables with internal teams, assist with onsite preparations and supplier interactions, and maintain accurate timesheets and project documentation.

Lead day-to-day client and project management for medical communications accounts. Oversee project delivery, budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and team delegation. Review deliverables, run client meetings, mentor junior staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support pitches and business development. Ensure financial accuracy, create budgets, monitor account performance, and liaise with finance and third-party suppliers.

Lead creative vision and execution for medical communications campaigns and brand initiatives. Oversee global creative teams, develop concepts, deliver hands-on design and strategy across video, animation, web, events, advertising, and social, and ensure high-quality, on-brand creative output while managing budgets and workflows.
