Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive team: prepare executive and board materials, manage complex calendars, establish RAIL tracking, consolidate KPI reports, maintain dashboards and project management systems, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive executive communications and follow-through.

Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System to ensure specification-compliant production of recovered carbon black and fuels. Oversee sampling, lab testing, SPC/CpCpk analysis, KPIs, RCA/CAPA, supplier quality, MOC, customer qualifications/audits, and cross-functional problem-solving to strengthen process reliability and meet automotive/industrial requirements.
