Lead category strategy and visual merchandising to drive sales and profitability. Monitor product performance and inventory, create planograms and displays, identify cross-merchandising opportunities, evaluate new brands, and collaborate with merchandising, operations, and vendors to execute insight-driven assortments.

Provide accurate, friendly checkout service, handle cash and POS transactions, assist self-checkout, maintain front-end cleanliness, support customers, follow alcohol laws, and balance service with light stocking and cleaning tasks.

Maintain and audit product, pricing, and vendor data across systems; perform item setups and price updates; generate and automate reports using Excel, SQL, and Access; identify process improvements; support cross-functional teams and troubleshoot platform issues.
