The Safety Coordinator I supports safety initiatives, conducts audits and inspections, coaches employees, and maintains safety compliance within the organization.

Install, maintain, and repair plywood manufacturing machinery using hand and power tools, hoists, cranes, and welding equipment; diagnose issues, replace parts, lubricate components, and follow safety and housekeeping policies.

Provide technical consultation to professional builders and retail distributors, prepare complex CAD/hand drawings to convert framing systems, supervise drafters/customer service specialists, conduct technical training and dealer/contractor meetings, manage engineered wood inventory, and initiate sales of engineered wood products and accessories.
