Supports plywood and wood-product manufacturing in a fast-paced industrial environment. Performs production duties, cleanup, housekeeping, and physically demanding tasks while following safety policies and supervisor directions. Requires dependable teamwork, flexible availability for weekends and any shift, and adherence to high safety standards. Advancement opportunities may include higher pay, additional training, and electrician, boiler, or millwright apprenticeships.

Lubricates and oils heavy equipment, maintains automatic lubrication systems, replaces filters and components, performs preventive maintenance, identifies repair needs, completes maintenance documentation, and maintains safe, clean work areas while following health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Evaluate and improve plant performance across safety, quality, production output, and operating costs. Conduct research, experiments, and data gathering in a manufacturing environment while leading action teams and applying process-improvement methods. The developmental role provides exposure to manufacturing processes, supervision, human resources, finance, engineering, and special projects, with opportunities to build comprehensive plant and regional operations knowledge.
