Entry-level role learning Boise Cascade products, international trade, and export procedures. Assist international sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, quotations, market research, and relationship building. Support product selection, pricing, and achieving sales targets while monitoring market trends and completing special projects.

Provide engineering leadership for planning, design, installation and optimization of equipment and processes across a multi-site region. Investigate and resolve production issues, lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and support continuous process improvement and data-driven diagnostics.

Prepare truss and engineered wood product (EWP) designs and working drawings using CAD or manual drafting. Produce shop drawings, material takeoffs, placement plans, and coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer sign-offs. Provide technical consulting, make occasional outside sales/site calls, maintain drafting files, and support manufacturing and engineering staff.
