Production Associate responsible for supporting plywood manufacturing through varied physical tasks, safety-focused work, teamwork, and cross-training. No prior experience is required because paid on-the-job training is provided. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and offers opportunities to develop production skills and build a long-term career.

Construct custom-made doors to order, verify dimensions and raw material specifications, transport materials and finished products, perform mathematical calculations, maintain a clean and safe work area, follow OSHA requirements, and support inventory replenishment. May train other employees and verify completed work meets specifications while maintaining strong commitments to quality, environmental awareness, safety, and continuous improvement.

Initiates sales, takes orders, manages assigned product lines, coordinates purchasing, pricing, inventory, promotions, customer deliveries, and vendor inquiries. Supports outside sales staff and product managers, communicates customer needs, monitors market trends, develops marketing programs, and leads sales support staff while maintaining safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.
