Supports land development permitting by organizing applications, fees, signatures, plan sets, and supporting documents; tracking deadlines, agency comments, inspections, and milestones; researching jurisdictional filing requirements; gathering information from project teams; and maintaining agency and project records. The intern gains exposure to approval processes while developing research, organization, communication, and project tracking skills.

Provide senior administrative support for engineering and land development projects: prepare proposals and submittals, manage project setup and documentation, track finances and invoicing via Vantagepoint, coordinate schedules and meetings, mentor administrative staff, and partner with leadership to improve workflows.

Lead growth in the Atlanta market by developing strategic relationships, conducting market research, cultivating partnerships, pursuing RFPs and proposals, supporting pipeline tracking, and mentoring BD practices across teams to win new professional-services work.
