The Sales Advisor role involves delivering an exceptional client experience, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships, both online and in-store.

Act as a brand ambassador delivering personalized in-store and online sales experiences. Meet individual and team sales targets, support omnichannel initiatives, manage inventory and cash operations, maintain store presentation, handle client requests, and build long-term client relationships while supporting teammates on the sales floor.

Welcome and advise clients in-store and online, deliver exceptional customer service, drive individual and team sales, support omnichannel flows (Click&Collect, in-store tablets), handle customer requests and cash procedures, maintain store image and assist with inventory activities.
