The role requires at least one year of premium fashion or menswear sales experience and English proficiency.

Represent Boggi Milano in the Stockholm store by delivering excellent customer service, building client relationships, achieving sales and loyalty KPIs, supporting store performance, and contributing to a positive brand experience. The role requires retail experience, strong communication, sales motivation, multitasking, weekend flexibility, and fluency in the local language.

Serve as a brand ambassador by welcoming clients, identifying needs, presenting products, driving individual and team sales, supporting omnichannel flows (Click&Collect, in-store tablets), handling customer requests/complaints, maintaining store image, assisting inventory and cash procedures, and fostering long-term client relationships.
