Provides project management, document control, contract administration, field coordination, and technical support for construction and facility engineering projects. Reviews schedules, drawings, submittals, deliverables, and project progress; coordinates government and contractor stakeholders; supports cost estimates, change orders, site visits, reporting, acquisition activities, and project closeout. The role is primarily on-site, includes construction inspections and periodic travel, and requires eligibility for government security clearance.

Leads onsite digitization support operations for the American Indian Records Repository. Coordinates contractor staffing, workflows, document preparation, digitization, quality control, and reassembly activities. Ensures compliance with SOPs, NARA records policies, DOI requirements, and performance expectations. Partners with BTFA personnel, balances workloads, provides updates, and oversees timely, accurate project completion. The role requires periodic construction-site visits, atypical hours when needed, and eligibility for Moderate Public Trust adjudication and a PIV card.
