Leads enterprise-wide growth across strategy, client development, pipeline management, capture, proposals, marketing, and transition of awarded work into operations. Establishes a unified go-to-market model, directs federal contracting and tribal partnership strategies, manages growth teams and budgets, and drives measurable improvements in capture performance and forecast accuracy. The role advises executive leadership, develops strategic partnerships, and oversees major pursuits across Bodwe’s operating companies and service lines.

Provides mechanical construction quality assurance for federal renovation and modernization projects at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Reviews plans, specifications, submittals, schedules, change requests, and contractor work for compliance. Performs onsite surveillance, inspections, testing oversight, documentation, progress reporting, punch-list support, and as-built and warranty review. Communicates deficiencies and recommendations to government representatives, supports safety checks and progress meetings, and analyzes claims and cost proposals.

Manages multiple federal architecture and engineering projects from scope definition through design, construction administration, and closeout. Leads multidisciplinary teams, coordinates consultants and federal stakeholders, and oversees scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risk, staffing, contracts, and client communication. Reviews design and construction deliverables, supports federal compliance, manages construction-phase issues, and maintains project records and financial forecasts. The hybrid role requires regular presence at Washington, DC-area client facilities and periodic travel to project sites.
