Ensures technology initiatives improve productivity, quality, collaboration, client outcomes, and organizational capacity while meeting CMMC, CUI, and NIST requirements.

Oversees BIM, CAD, and IT leaders; partners with project and executive teams to improve quality, productivity, collaboration, and client outcomes. Ensures cybersecurity, CMMC, CUI, NIST, and federal compliance requirements are integrated into technology decisions.

Leads enterprise-wide growth across strategy, client development, pipeline management, capture, proposals, marketing, and transition of awarded work into operations. Establishes a unified go-to-market model, directs federal contracting and tribal partnership strategies, manages growth teams and budgets, and drives measurable improvements in capture performance and forecast accuracy. The role advises executive leadership, develops strategic partnerships, and oversees major pursuits across Bodwe’s operating companies and service lines.
