Greet and assist customers, provide high-level customer service, build relationships to drive sales and repeat business, support delivery coordination, use 3-D design tools to help customers plan and customize furniture, and become an expert in products and retail processes.

Manage accounting team for Florida stores, deliver P&L, balance sheets, reconciliations, and compliance reports. Oversee payroll, hiring/onboarding, invoice review, payments, cash flow, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting. Ensure permits, licenses, and tax compliance while coordinating team activities and training.
