Provide post-discharge outreach, maintain alumni engagement, facilitate weekly alumni groups, track interactions in Salesforce, ensure Joint Commission aftercare compliance, support re-admission when needed, and build relationships to promote sustained recovery.

Supports day-to-day HR operations across a multi-state behavioral health organization, including employee relations, investigations, HRIS administration, payroll and timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, performance management, compliance, credentialing, and confidential recordkeeping. The role requires hands-on knowledge of employment laws, Paycom and Paychex proficiency, independent judgment, strong organization, and the ability to manage rapidly changing priorities onsite.
