Build and hire an SEO team, run analytics with GA4/GSC/Ahrefs/SEMRush, use SQL and spreadsheets to create ROI dashboards, and translate tech changes into measurable revenue growth.

Lead and supervise clinical staff to deliver evidence-based addiction and co-occurring mental health treatment; ensure regulatory compliance, develop clinical policies, oversee intake/treatment/discharge, monitor outcomes, provide staff training and performance evaluation, liaise with external stakeholders, and manage crises to ensure client safety and care continuity.
