Provide post-discharge outreach, maintain alumni engagement, facilitate weekly alumni groups, track interactions in Salesforce, ensure Joint Commission aftercare compliance, support re-admission when needed, and build relationships to promote sustained recovery.

Supports day-to-day HR operations across a multi-state behavioral health organization, including employee relations, investigations, HRIS administration, payroll and timekeeping, recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, performance management, compliance, credentialing, and confidential recordkeeping. The role requires hands-on knowledge of employment laws, Paycom and Paychex proficiency, independent judgment, strong organization, and the ability to manage rapidly changing priorities onsite.

The Director of Human Resources leads HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and influences recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational culture.
