Manage day-to-day San Francisco office operations, vendor relationships, events, mail, and supplies. Support people operations end-to-end for new hires, compliance tracking, engagement programs, and onboarding. Provide EA-level calendar and scheduling support to the CEO, draft communications, maintain operational documentation, and improve recurring workflows across teams.

Own the end-to-end roadmap for a model-powered product surface, evaluate model performance, build and maintain eval sets, balance accuracy/speed/cost tradeoffs, translate ambiguous customer issues into testable model or UX fixes, and work daily as a peer with CV and ML engineers to ensure model reliability for customers.

Design and develop product features, focusing on both frontend and backend, while ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate closely with teams to deliver cohesive products while maintaining infrastructure across cloud services.
