Own project and release coordination across engineering and customer-facing teams. Maintain accurate Linear or Jira ticket statuses, verify bug fixes, coordinate with engineers, identify risks and delays, and create clear launch communications. Build release checklists that involve marketing, customer success, sales, and customers. Serve as the escalation point for disagreements about whether issues are resolved. The role is based onsite in San Francisco.

Owns the first 45 days of new customer relationships, including scoping launch plans, configuring accounts, leading kickoff and training sessions, driving initial workflow adoption, resolving blockers, documenting customer information, and completing formal handoffs to Customer Success. The role manages 10+ concurrent implementations and helps build a repeatable onboarding process for construction technology customers.

Maintain and troubleshoot outbound sales stack (Trellus, HubSpot, Lemlist, Gmail). Manage campaign setup, data hygiene, dialer routing, inbox provisioning, deduping, and reporting. Serve as first-line support for SDRs/AEs, document configurations, and pull prospecting lists and ad-hoc reports.
