Lead and manage Job and Career Services for individuals with disabilities, overseeing program delivery (evaluation, work readiness, job development, Pre-ETS, supported employment), staff supervision, budgeting, compliance, stakeholder engagement, program design, and continuous improvement to achieve person-centered employment outcomes.

Lead design, implementation, and management of a 12-month workforce development academy for individuals with disabilities. Oversee curriculum, participant recruitment and progress, employer partnerships for job placement, onboarding, and six months of post-placement coaching. Manage staff and volunteers, track program metrics, engage community stakeholders, and continuously improve program outcomes.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a contact center and run daily HR generalist functions including payroll, benefits, leave, policy administration, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS (UKG) data integrity and I-9/E-Verify compliance, benefits administration, team member relations, event coordination, and training facilitation to support engagement and retention.
