Build and maintain predictive, ranking and scenario models to support clinical trial feasibility, site and country selection, enrolment forecasting and patient identification. Engineer features and master-data linkages across heterogeneous clinical and operational datasets, apply causal inference and scenario simulation, and translate model outputs into actionable recommendations for feasibility leads, study start-up teams and sponsors.

Design and build production data pipelines, integrate operational, contractual and financial clinical-trial data, create governed versioned data products and a source-of-truth using ontologies/knowledge graphs, and deliver trusted datasets for forecasting and downstream analytics.

Design, build, and maintain data solutions using PySpark and Power BI. Own small projects end-to-end, work with business users to gather requirements, validate solutions, support testing and troubleshooting, and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Design, architect, deploy, migrate, automate, and operationalize enterprise container and virtualization platforms using Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization. Lead PoC/PoT engagements and migrations from VMware/Nutanix, produce HLDs/LLDs/runbooks, implement CI/CD and GitOps automation, integrate security/observability, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor customer operations teams through delivery and operational handover.

Lead and improve a distributed Zabbix monitoring platform, build AI-assisted operational workflows, reduce alert noise via event correlation, automate root-cause analysis and response using Python/Bash/Ansible, and produce dashboards and executive SLO reporting.
