Creates and updates mechanical designs, 3D models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for drilling equipment. Measures components, determines materials and tolerances, reviews bills of materials, and identifies required parts. Supports maintenance and operations by confirming part compatibility and resolving equipment issues. Also assists with supplier sourcing, price quotes, vendor relationships, and legacy design updates. The role is based in Haileybury, Ontario, with occasional travel across Ontario.

Provides administrative and logistical support for drilling operations at a client mine site. Coordinates travel, site access, medicals, inductions, training, certifications, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, records, and daily activity reporting. Serves as a primary contact for crews, coordinates with clients and management, maintains training matrices, and supports compliance and cost control across multiple sites.

Leads the global demand and market pillars of the SIOP process. The role owns demand forecasting, analytics, CRM discipline, consensus planning, scenario modeling, performance management, and alignment with commercial, finance, marketing, and supply planning teams. It oversees regional demand planners, integrates product lifecycle changes, aligns forecasts with financial objectives, and optimizes service levels, inventory, and working capital across multiple regions.

Leads the global trade compliance and tariff management program, including customs governance, HTS/HS classification, valuation, country of origin, FTAs, FTZs, trusted trader programs, tariff exposure assessment, and duty optimization. Establishes global policies, controls, reporting, and mitigation strategies while coordinating regional Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations teams. Coaches regional resources, manages regulatory risks, supports audits, and drives continuous improvement across global operations.

Supports U.S. federal, state, and local income tax compliance, provisions, extensions, estimated payments, tax research, audits, notices, reserves, and tax planning. The role analyzes tax data, assesses risks, collaborates with internal departments and external advisors, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Qlik Cloud BI applications, dashboards, reports, and data models. Builds load scripts, integrates source data, optimizes performance, manages Section Access and security, troubleshoots production issues, and supports deployment and user acceptance testing. The role also gathers requirements, documents solutions, trains users, and contributes to SDLC practices and reusable BI frameworks.

Supports U.S. international tax compliance, global tax reporting, tax provisions, tax planning, transfer pricing, tax research, and global minimum tax analysis. Prepares international tax calculations, Forms 5471, 8858, and 1118, CFC schedules, and reporting under Australian Accounting Standards and IFRS. Monitors tax law developments, supports audits and tax authority inquiries, and collaborates with accounting, finance, legal, treasury, and operational teams.
