Oversee the design, estimation, planning, and execution of complex natural gas pipeline and facility projects. Responsibilities include developing scopes and cost estimates, managing project portfolios, monitoring budgets and schedules, optimizing project execution, overseeing procurement and contractors, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, leading interdisciplinary teams, and providing technical expertise to operations and construction personnel.

Develops enterprise AI and automation strategies, architectures, governance standards, and roadmaps using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Platform. Translates business needs into secure technical designs, evaluates emerging GenAI technologies, administers Power Platform and Jira, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and guides implementation teams without direct coding responsibilities.

Develops, tests, deploys, maintains, and supports commercial software applications. Analyzes requirements, integrates application components, documents technical specifications, troubleshoots issues, and provides on-call support. Collaborates with business users, vendors, analysts, infrastructure teams, and quality engineers to deliver reliable solutions. Participates in projects, estimates, business continuity planning, technical research, and mentoring less experienced developers.
