Develop and maintain software components throughout the software development lifecycle. Translate requirements into technical specifications, contribute to system and application design, write clean code, troubleshoot and upgrade existing software, recommend improvements, and produce technical documentation. The role collaborates with developers and product managers in a hybrid Madrid office environment.

Supports the reliability, availability, and security of the Board platform in Azure Cloud. Responsibilities include learning platform deployments, coordinating troubleshooting, managing worldwide customer support requests, providing timely follow-up, and assisting team members with resolving errors. The role includes rotating evening shifts and periodic overnight on-call coverage while developing hands-on cloud operations experience alongside senior professionals.
