BOARD International Benefits Overview

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise software partners by onboarding, enabling, and developing their Board platform capabilities. Coordinate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Support, Sales, and partners to drive implementation quality, customer adoption, issue resolution, and satisfaction. Monitor certifications, project outcomes, partner health, and success metrics; conduct reviews, promote best practices, support change management, and handle escalations in an international environment.

Develop and architect agentic AI solutions for Board Assistants. Responsibilities include defining AI architectures, optimizing prompts and configurations, building evaluation frameworks for LLMs and agentic systems, integrating LLM technologies, and configuring AI assistants for planning use cases. The role collaborates closely with product management, solutions, UX, and engineering teams across the product lifecycle.

Develop and maintain software components throughout the software development lifecycle. Translate requirements into technical specifications, contribute to system and application design, write clean code, troubleshoot and upgrade existing software, recommend improvements, and produce technical documentation. The role collaborates with developers and product managers in a hybrid Madrid office environment.
