Leads complex applied AI engagements from opportunity identification through product discovery, prototyping, deployment, and adoption. Connects AI solutions to broader business transformation, roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomes. Leads engineers, designers, and client teams, manages delivery across workstreams, facilitates senior stakeholder relationships, and contributes to proposals and commercial growth. Requires hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, agents, copilots, or prototypes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI builds, from solution shaping and architecture through production deployment in client environments. Own technical decisions, estimates, engineering quality, integrations, infrastructure, and stakeholder communication. Build critical-path components, mentor project engineers, manage technical risks, and contribute to internal tooling. The role requires applied AI expertise across agents, tool use, retrieval, MCP, evaluations, and production LLM systems, plus strong consulting and client-facing judgment.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI transformation programs: structure opportunities, build business cases and roadmaps, design operating models, drive change, engage C-suite, and develop reusable AI IP while coaching teams.
