Teams at On Board Experiential

Lead IT strategy, operations, and cybersecurity across multiple offices and remote teams. Manage infrastructure, cloud and endpoint systems, ServiceNow help desk, vendor relationships, and IT budget. Drive AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives, perform risk assessments, maintain disaster recovery and compliance (PCI), and oversee tech deployments and support for client projects.

Provide part-time office operations and employee experience support in the New York office: manage facilities and vendors, maintain supplies and workspace, coordinate mail and moves, prepare conference rooms and events, support onboarding and executive/admin tasks, and use technology (including AI tools) to streamline administrative processes.

Lead account teams to plan and execute large-scale experiential activations, manage budgets/SOWs, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance and expenses, drive client relationships and new business, and ensure timely delivery of creative and operational program elements.
