Supports experiential marketing programs from planning through post-event wrap-up. Responsibilities include preparing client materials, conducting lifestyle and sponsorship research, tracking deliverables, facilitating meetings, coordinating vendors and merchandise, assisting with onsite activations, and compiling recap assets and performance metrics. The role requires strong organization, communication, cultural awareness, flexibility for nontraditional hours, hybrid office attendance, and travel for site visits and live events.

Leads client accounts and end-to-end experiential hospitality programs, specializing in high-end dining, culinary activations, and F&B operations. Manages up to 30 restaurant, chef, and hospitality partners; coordinates FOH and BOH logistics, permitting, staffing, budgets, vendors, client communications, and event execution. Requires strong hospitality operations expertise, strategic client partnership skills, and comfort with evening, weekend, travel, and onsite event work.

Leads account services for existing clients, owning relationship health, retention, organic growth, profitability, budgets, contracts, and strategic direction. Oversees client activations, stakeholder engagement, account planning, and execution across teams. Mentors and evaluates account staff, identifies development opportunities, manages financial performance, negotiates contracts, and partners on new business opportunities. Requires extensive marketing agency, experiential marketing, account services, client relationship, financial management, and leadership experience.
