Lead enterprise Java full‑stack technology strategy and execution. Champion AI‑assisted development and modernization (cloud, microservices, event‑driven, APIs). Define secure, scalable application standards; lead end‑to‑end backend and frontend delivery; drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, technical‑debt reduction, and vulnerability remediation.

Lead delivery and production support of reusable AI capabilities across infrastructure teams. Prioritize AI demand, coordinate cross-functional delivery, track KPIs/risks, enforce governance and controls, drive adoption and change management, and implement Run-the-Bank projects for Eliza/AI hub solutions on GCP.

Serve as the daily contact for an assigned client portfolio within Global Clearing, driving client satisfaction, onboarding, issue resolution, and cross-team collaboration. Track client needs, contribute to metrics and process improvements, and provide guidance on BNY systems and products while proactively managing escalations and complex operational requests.
