Lead firm-wide modernization of end-user desktop platforms and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook/Exchange), drive OS/software lifecycle management, enterprise deployments, AI/ Copilot integration, governance with Legal/Privacy/Security, incident and operational leadership, and adoption through training and stakeholder engagement aligned to measurable outcomes.

Manage application availability, reliability, and incident resolution for middle-office trade processing. Implement monitoring, automation, and CI/CD solutions; perform root cause analysis; coordinate cross-team support; maintain documentation and handle time-sensitive production issues, including weekend work.

The role involves leading operations for the Loans Enablement Platform, improving client experience, managing metrics, and collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery.
