Leads engineering design, development, and delivery of portfolio performance reporting solutions for Wealth Management. Oversees reporting platforms, data pipelines, integrated applications, data reliability, modernization, testing, releases, and operational support. Partners with product, business, data, architecture, and platform teams; promotes AI-enabled development and automation; supports governance and compliance; and mentors engineers.

Leads the hands-on design, development, and delivery of applied AI and machine learning products for software engineering workflows. Directs technical discovery, prototyping, model evaluation, architecture, MLOps/LLMOps, and production deployment while managing and mentoring an engineering team. Partners with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scalable, secure, responsible AI solutions and measure developer and business impact.

Lead enterprise AI strategy by translating priorities into investment choices, operating models, roadmaps, business cases, governance frameworks, and executable plans. Evaluate AI opportunities, define value and adoption measures, and guide responsible, scalable AI capabilities across workflows. Partner with product, engineering, data, risk, legal, compliance, finance, and business teams while advising senior stakeholders on tradeoffs and priorities. Track emerging AI developments and build reusable strategy methods for portfolio transparency, value realization, and enterprise transformation.
