Manage the Baggage Optimization Program through construction, commissioning, and closeout. Oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, inspections, and quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams, serve as primary client contact, mentor junior staff, produce status reports, and drive continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manage airport apron systems projects across the full lifecycle: client leadership, design coordination, field execution, commissioning, and team mentorship. Ensure schedules, budgets, and FAA/ICAO/IATA-compliant layouts; conduct surveys, inspections, simulations, and vendor coordination while traveling to airport sites (~50%).

Monitor project financials and generate reports on budgets and performance. Act as liaison between accounting and project managers, maintain accurate domestic and international project data, support month-end and close processes, assist invoicing, budget tracking, and cost reconciliation, and collaborate to resolve financial discrepancies across multiple projects.

Lead BNP's FP&A function: design reporting and forecasting architecture (Deltek/ERP), own budgeting and financial controls, produce executive analysis, manage an FP&A analyst, support acquisition integrations, and drive process and system improvements to scale financial planning.
