Partners with operations, HR, legal, clients, contractors, and project teams while maintaining field presence and developing the regional safety organization.

Supports safety on industrial construction projects by conducting audits and inspections, identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, maintaining compliance, delivering orientations and training, investigating incidents, and coordinating safety requirements with project leaders, employees, clients, and contractors. Maintains safety records and helps strengthen field safety culture while traveling to active construction sites as needed.
