Processes vendor, subcontractor, job-related, and corporate invoices; matches invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents; manages approval workflows, coding, cost transfers, and sales and use tax compliance. Maintains accurate accounts payable records and supports construction and accounting teams with invoice disputes, purchase order adjustments, and other accounting needs.

The Project Engineer I will support large-scale industrial construction projects by learning project control functions, estimation, purchasing tasks, and participating in safety audits and risk management training while gaining experience in various departmental functions.

Provide administrative support to Fleet, Equipment, and Safety departments including recordkeeping, compliance tracking, report and presentation preparation, data analysis using Excel and Power BI, audit support, interdepartmental coordination, and process improvement. Maintain fleet documentation, training and inspection records, and perform general office administrative tasks.
