Operate and improve customer on-premise and cloud infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows, Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V. Responsibilities include administration, troubleshooting, incident ownership, preventive maintenance, patching, automation with PowerShell, project implementation, documentation, and customer communication. The role participates in on-call support and may require onsite customer visits.

Designs, deploys, administers, and supports customer network environments across on-premise and cloud infrastructures. Responsibilities include managing LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless, routers, switches, load balancers, and cloud networking; troubleshooting incidents; performing maintenance and upgrades; documenting configurations; supporting hybrid network designs; communicating with customers; and participating in on-call operations and onsite visits.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic and growth-potential accounts through retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and new account development. Build trusted client relationships, manage account plans and commercial pipelines, oversee negotiations and closures, maintain CRM and forecast data, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, Presales, Service Delivery, and Finance to support the full customer lifecycle.
