Serves as the manufacturing process authority for a key process area across European concrete sites. Responsibilities include standardizing equipment and process controls, benchmarking and optimizing operations, introducing technologies, developing instructional materials, training personnel, auditing compliance, closing performance gaps, and managing KPIs such as equipment uptime and availability.

Manage end-to-end research, development, and engineering projects for synthetic waterproofing membranes, from recipe development and process design through production validation. Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, universities, and research institutes; oversee laboratory work; prepare technical documentation; monitor industry innovation, literature, and patents; and support sales, customers, and trade-fair activities. The role requires expertise in chemistry or chemical engineering, synthetic membrane applications, PVC and TPO technologies, partner management, leadership, and regular travel within the BMI Group.

Support LIMS implementation across research laboratories, including configuration, testing, data integration, user training, and operations. Coordinate RD&E digital projects, manage portfolio interdependencies, define project scopes and success metrics, support business cases, and evolve the digital roadmap. Lead data cleansing, transformation, validation, quality standards, and data structure development, with a pathway toward owning RD&E knowledge management and data architecture.
