The role liaises with IT project management and an Agile Release Train, supports client relationships, mentors staff, and contributes to business development. It requires substantial consulting, client-facing, project leadership, and public health experience in a remote environment with 10–15% travel.

Leads product vision, requirements, backlog, and delivery for a statewide vaccine management and clinical case management system. Acts as liaison among local health departments, Massachusetts DPH, and IT teams. Defines workflows for immunization clinics, vaccine inventory, nursing case management, insurance billing, interoperability, reporting, compliance, training, and adoption. Requires extensive local public health, clinical case management, immunization, billing, consulting, and project leadership experience.

Leads BME Strategies’ government-contract growth strategy, including opportunity capture, proposal development, teaming, contract negotiations, and renewals. Builds relationships with public health agencies and government decision-makers, oversees market intelligence and compliance, and manages a business development team. Partners with executive, practice, finance, legal, and delivery leaders to achieve revenue targets and support post-award execution. This remote U.S. role anticipates 10–20% travel.
