The role also supports client relationship management, business development, and the integration of communications and engagement practices into organizational workflows and governance.

Leads organizational change initiatives for public health clients, focusing on workforce adoption of digital, operational, and AI-enabled tools. Responsibilities include journey mapping, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, coaching, upskilling, AI adoption guidance, coalition liaison services, project leadership, and proposal development. The role translates technical capabilities into trusted, equitable practices while addressing workforce capacity, privacy, trust, and job-impact concerns.
