Lead training strategy and implementation for a statewide Salesforce-based modernization project. Assess learner needs, design scalable learning pathways and materials, coordinate development and delivery, align with change management, measure training effectiveness, and support sustainability. Serve as strategic advisor and manage client relationships across rollout phases.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Associate and Senior Associate roles, maintain ATS records, support onboarding/offboarding, assist people operations (handbooks, process improvements, performance management), and lead culture and employee engagement initiatives including surveys, internal communications, and events.

Provide hands-on operational support across business operations, HR, finance, technology, and data. Manage mail and on-site logistics, assist invoicing and QuickBooks Online coding, administer software licenses and Google Workspace, support onboarding/offboarding in Gusto, maintain project trackers, draft internal communications, and contribute to process improvement and reporting.
