Support the maintenance and evolution of a global recording infrastructure spanning 200+ servers in 50+ countries. Support the Ads team by validating and analysing Radio, TV and VOD advertising data, producing recurring and client-ready reports, assisting certification/audit checks, managing data outputs and client requests, automating Excel workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of insights.

Manages music copyright assets and publisher ownership conflicts on YouTube. Responsibilities include verifying composition ownership and metadata, resolving conflicts in YouTube CMS, adjusting ownership shares, facilitating catalog transfers, analyzing operational KPIs, improving asset quality, and escalating systemic issues. The role requires collaboration across teams, quality assurance, data enrichment, and process improvement within a fast-paced music technology environment.

Lead design, implementation and deployment of complex Python backend features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot and optimise performance, lead code reviews, mentor colleagues, and translate architectural visions into actionable plans while contributing to process improvements.
