Develop and grow a customer book of business through cold calling, relationship building, account maintenance, and sales outreach. Coordinate with carrier sales representatives to fulfill customer freight needs, confirm loads, document interactions in the TMS, communicate proactively, and resolve service issues. This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary with uncapped commission and requires up to 10% travel, including paid training.
