The Logistics Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with the Carrier Sales Representative, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Support account representatives by building loads in the TMS, scheduling pickups and deliveries, providing customer updates via phone and email, coordinating PODs and tracking, assisting with quotes, and resolving operational issues to grow and maintain customer accounts.

Develop, maintain, and grow a book of business through prospecting and cold calling. Serve as a customer-facing sales representative, confirm loads, document interactions in the TMS, coordinate daily with Carrier Sales and Open Board teams, proactively communicate with customers, and resolve service issues to maintain satisfaction and drive revenue.
