Lead and coach a nationwide inside account management team (6–8 reps) to grow pipeline and revenue. Implement sales strategies, optimize processes and KPIs, drive consultative solution-selling, collaborate cross-functionally, produce accurate CRM reporting, and represent the Blytheco brand to clients and partners.
