Owns the implementation and adoption of Aviso and the Zaigo Labs Control Desk, translating business processes into requirements, workflows, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Manages external development partners, coordinates testing and handoff, maps NetSuite data, supports training and change management, and reports adoption outcomes. Also leads AI and automation intake, facilitates the Claude User Group, maintains prompt and context libraries, and guides governed AI connectors and workflows across the organization.

Develop new business, grow customer relationships, and drive revenue within a Connecticut or Massachusetts territory. The Account Executive prospects K-12, higher education, and public sector organizations; conducts customer meetings and site visits; manages sales pipelines and forecasts; recommends technology solutions; and meets revenue goals. The role requires frequent travel, consultative selling, CRM management, territory planning, and collaboration with engineering and project management teams.

The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business and managing relationships within K-12, higher education, and public sectors to drive revenue growth in a field sales role.
