Designs medium- to high-complexity audiovisual systems from conception through installation, including signal flows, rack layouts, equipment lists, proposals, labor estimates, and scopes of work. Provides technical support to project teams, installers, programmers, sales staff, and customers. Consults with clients, attends bid meetings, supports onsite troubleshooting, and may train junior engineers. The role is mostly remote or office-based with occasional client-site visits and infrequent extended travel for training.

Oversee systems integration projects from point-of-sale through installation, completion, and customer signoff. Develop project plans, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate customers, sales teams, installers, logistics, change orders, site readiness, documentation, billing updates, training, and project closeout. Resolve issues, verify installation quality, maintain project trackers, and identify potential sales opportunities. The role requires knowledge of audio/video systems and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid environment.

The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business and managing relationships within K-12, higher education, and public sectors to drive revenue growth in a field sales role.
