Welcomes guests, explains car wash services and memberships, recommends products, and drives membership sales. Provides customer service, answers questions, resolves basic concerns, operates pay station equipment, maintains a clean work area, follows safety standards, and supports efficient location operations.

Train across car wash operations, customer service, sales, team leadership, safety, staffing, equipment, and business management. Assist with coaching employees, achieving membership and sales goals, resolving customer concerns, maintaining wash quality, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying operational improvements. The role prepares candidates for Assistant Manager or General Manager positions through hands-on leadership development.
