Previous car wash experience is not required, and training is provided.

Participates in a structured training program covering car wash operations, customer service, sales, team leadership, staffing, safety, equipment and facility needs, and business performance. Learns to coach team members, resolve customer concerns, support membership and sales goals, monitor wash quality, use business technology, and prepare for advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager.
