Develops business growth across an assigned senior living territory through sales presentations, networking, community relationship building, partner visits, and promotional outreach. The role manages growth goals, communicates the company value proposition, monitors competition, coordinates internal resources, maintains CRM records, and supports customer satisfaction and solution implementation. The manager works primarily in the field, traveling extensively throughout the Tampa and St. Petersburg area.

Leads Bluestone’s value-based care strategy, including CMS ACO programs, actuarial modeling, benchmark analysis, shared savings, risk adjustment, and commercial contract design. Serves as the regulatory liaison with CMS, evaluates affiliate and payer arrangements, analyzes clinical and financial performance, and translates data into strategic priorities. Partners across finance, informatics, growth, and primary care operations while presenting recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.

Provides clinical and nursing support to providers serving patients in senior living communities. Responsibilities include pre-visit planning, chart preparation, patient screenings, medication reconciliation, record updates, e-prescriptions, minor procedures, immunizations, and portal message management. The role requires an active LPN license or medical assistant certification, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and comfort using electronic medical records. The position includes regular local field travel and one administrative work-from-home day weekly.
